About the role
Reporting to the Director of Development, the Corporate Partnerships Manager will develop, secure, and retain a portfolio of corporate partners, and play a crucial role in defining the partnership strategy for the organisation. You will identify and harness new partnerships to increase the fundraising portfolio while fomenting and stewarding existing relationships.
 
You will own all the stages of identifying, attracting, pitching and securing new partnerships. You will also be responsible for managing and tracking partner communications and activities to create reports that reflect their partnership status. This is an opportunity to think outside the box, bring innovative ideas and suggestions and work in an environment where there is an appetite to try new ideas.
 
Skills & Experience:

- Degree level qualifications in Business, Sales, Sustainability, Social Impact, Fundraising, Marketing or related field – or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in business development and account management, with a demonstrated track record in securing and growing corporate revenue streams in the culture, not for profit or education sector.
- Demonstrated experience in the engagement of senior level corporate stakeholders for the purpose of strategic influence, partnership establishment and revenue generation.
- High level written and verbal communication skills and expertise in crafting compelling and relevant proposals, reporting and negotiation.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a broad range of people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
- Ability to be self-motivated, responsive, and flexible in an environment with time pressures and peaks of workload.
- Experience using customer relationship databases and developing systems to promote efficiency.
