About the role

We are currently in search of an enthusiastic, passionate, and business-minded individual to join their team in the role of Territory Manager, looking North of Brisbane River and the Sunshine Coast. Reporting directly to the State Account Manager, you will assume responsibility for supporting and fostering the growth of their branded network across the deli and grocery channels, spanning Food Services, industrial, retail, and continental markets. Your success in this role will hinge on your ability to cultivate strong business relationships within their community and drive growth through measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and managing your designated territory, covering North Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
  • Maximizing sales through effective in-store execution.
  • Providing support for head office promotions.
  • Managing distribution and product displays.
  • Identifying potential growth opportunities within your territory.
  • Delivering excellence in customer service.
Skills and experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry and the deli sector is desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish strong relationships.
  • Highly motivated, with a knack for problem-solving and the capacity to work autonomously.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, exhibiting a sense of urgency and consistently delivering excellence.
  • A collaborative team player who contributes positively to team dynamics.
  • Possession of a current, valid driver's license.
