Our client

Our client is a leading wellbeing care resource for schools, parents, and educators, offering a platform of expert advice and tools on vital topics ranging from mental health to cultural inclusivity. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an Account Manager to oversee key school group deployments and mange various stakeholders within these groups

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, ensuring that their needs and expectations are consistently met.
  • Develop strategies to up-sell and cross-sell our services within existing key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new key accounts.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for high-tier prospects and customers.
  • Oversee the effective deployment and integration of the platform within group networks.
  • Gather feedback from key accounts to guide future product developments and service improvements.
About you
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or Psychology
  • Experience in account management, preferably within the education or tech sector.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
  • Familiarity with the educational landscape, including understanding the specific needs and concerns of religious or cultural educational groups, would be an advantage.
