Due to an internal promotion, this company are on the lookout for PM Transport or Service Scheduler to manage a team of 25 drivers across day-to-day operations.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, duties will include;

THE ROLE:
Due to an internal promotion, this company are on the lookout for PM Transport or Service Scheduler to manage a team of 25 drivers across day-to-day operations.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, duties will include;
- Proactive and efficient routing of a team of drivers to ensure adherence to safety targets, customer SLA’s and internal KPI’s.
- Working closely with sales and customer service team to resolve any issues or identify opportunities to further enhance customer satisfaction.
- Hands-on communication with drivers to always ensure a high level of operational activity.
- Utilisation of the company’s ERP, Pronto and TMS, Roadnet to guarantee a high-level of data integrity and effectiveness.
ABOUT YOU:
You are passionate about the transport space, love food and enjoy working collaboratively with others.
You’ll have;
- Previous experience in a transport or service scheduling role within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, you are able to tailor your communication style to different stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail, systems orientated and data savvy.
- Adaptability and focus, you know that each day is never the same!
- Ability to actively identify, communicate, develop and execute process improvements.
- A Safety-first mindset and customer-centric focus.
