About the role
- Utilize your expertise in new business development and relationship building to identify and advance opportunities.
- Provide strategic guidance to customers, promoting tailored solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Collaborate with the support team and leverage resources for an end-to-end sales process.
- Apply solution selling skills to uncover customer challenges and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct territory/vertical research to formulate a go-to-market strategy and identify qualified accounts.
- Maintain a long-term perspective for maximizing revenue, while delivering short-term results.
About the Candidate
- Ideal for an experienced Business Development Manager/Account Executive with experience selling into retail accounts.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic sales environment.
- Resilient with strong commercial acumen.
- Possesses a growth mindset and forward-thinking approach.
- Naturally curious and passionate about the solutions being offered.
- Prior training in Sales Methodology, CRM experience, and robust customer references are preferred.
