About the Opportunity:

Six Degrees has teamed up with a rapidly expanding ASX-listed retail ecommerce company that caters to a diverse consumer base. This forward-thinking company, known for its growth, is currently in search of a Social Media Manager. This role will be pivotal in developing and implementing social strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness and ensuring a consistent tone of voice.
  
High level remit:
  • Develop and execute social media and PR strategies for brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Manage all social media channels, including content production, scheduling, and monitoring.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality content delivery in line with brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscape, and best practices for effective social media and PR efforts.
  • Oversee influencer programs to enhance brand presence.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including targeting and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align efforts with company goals.
  • Monitor media and social coverage, create performance reports, and manage the budget for cost-effectiveness.
About you:
  • Demonstrated experience in Marketing Communications, social media, PR, or related fields, particularly in Retail, FMCG, or eCommerce.
  • A strong passion for social media and the ability to engage customers through innovative, brand-aligned content.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships through exceptional communication and engagement skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, along with a readiness to be challenged and put in hard work to deliver a superior product.
