Currently going through a period of significant growth, this organisation is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their Marketing team.
About the role:
Reporting to the CEO, with the staragy to expand the team. You will be is responsible for delivery marketing strategies which will see the our organisations to grow their presence to ultimately lead to client conversion and retention. You will be at the heart of the action, keeping your internal stakeholders in check while ensuring your Franchisee's are well informed about performance. You will be in the driver’s seat to manage the Wordpress based website and subsequent landing pages, with a constant eye to be optimising them to drive improved performance. Utilising paid advertising channels and social media (LinkedIn) to manage online brand presence.
This role will also provide you with the opportunity to engage with clients by supporting in the generation of capability statements and other lead nurturing events in the form of conference, exhibition and networking events. You will also be encouraged to bring new ideas and best practices through continuous research on trends and developments.
About You
You will have 2+ years experience in the marketing environments and enjoy a “test and learn” type environment. You will be at ease with the day to day management of a Wordpress website, and have experience in HTML and CCS. You will be a results oriented individual with a proactive and resourceful nature. This role will provide the right candidate with an opportunity for professional growth and development within a supportive environment.
