About the role

As a Field Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to shape the future growth of the organisation by capturing new business from high potential and emerging businesses in Melbourne whilst managing an existing client base. Utilising a consultative selling approach, you will identify new target accounts and develop innovative ways to strategically up-sell and cross-sell into existing customers.

Key Responsibilities & Traits:
  • Be a natural new business hunter, focused on driving new customer acquisition.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers and prospective clients through in-person sales visits, offering tailored service solutions across a wide array of industries.
  • Act as a customer liaison within key account customers, providing strategic insights from a wider business perspective, partnering with them for long term success.
  • Foster collaboration with other sales team members and throughout the sales force.
  • Establish strong working relationships with support departments, ensuring they are informed about customer-related matters.
About you
  • Demonstrate an exceptional level of entrepreneurship, creativity, resourcefulness, and empathy.
  • Proficient in analysing and resolving complex business issues, with a genuine interest in emerging business trends.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to network across various levels of an organization and other business units.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational attainment.
