The company: I’m currently working with a well-known international company who operate in the FMCG sector who are looking to bring in a Customer Service Logistics Coordinator to their team.
The role: Working as the Customer Service Logistics Specialist, you will be tasked with supporting the Supply Chain Leader including overseeing the process from import to delivery whilst helping to manage the relationship and performance of a 3PL partner. You will also have to build win/win relationship with the customers/suppliers & deliver 100% an exceptional level of service to the consumers.
Success Profile: We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator/Specialist or Order Management/Customer Service Specialist with experience in FMCG - preferably with sensitive freight who enjoys being in a hands-on role where they are responsible for the set-up and ongoing management of the function. From a culture perspective, you will take your job seriously, but not yourself and be comfortable working autonomously.
