This collaborative and talented team is searching for a dynamic CRM Manager to lead customer engagement, retention and win-back program as the business is embarking on an exciting period of growth. The CRM manager will play an integral role in leading the business through a technical and strategic CRM transformation as well as prioritising strategic growth for the future.

The CRM manager will play an integral role in leading the business through a technical and strategic CRM transformation as well as prioritising strategic growth for the future.
High level remit:
- Understand our commercial model and assess past CRM performance.
- Implement growth initiatives across diverse communication channels to engage and retain customers.
- Monitor and report on CRM metrics, including Churn, LTV, and win-back, along with daily metrics like open rates and conversion rates.
- Stay up to date with the latest CRM and digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for higher engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with the design team to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
- Create engaging onboarding journeys for improved repeat purchase rates.
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective messaging and campaign elements.
- With over 3 years of CRM experience, this candidate has a proven track record with a strong focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Possess a well-rounded skill set including strong content and communication as well as technical proficiency.
- Familiarity with essential tools like Email marketing and Google Analytics ensures they are well-equipped to excel in CRM management.
