Six Degrees have partnered yet again with a market-leading provider of innovative digital fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness solutions. Our client has a mission to help people find positive solutions and have built a uniquely loyal customer base, supported by a strong brand and history of making life changing experiences for their customers. This collaborative and talented team is searching for a dynamic CRM Manager to lead customer engagement, retention and win-back program as the business is embarking on an exciting period of growth. The CRM manager will play an integral role in leading the business through a technical and strategic CRM transformation as well as prioritising strategic growth for the future.

High level remit:

  • Understand our commercial model and assess past CRM performance.
  • Implement growth initiatives across diverse communication channels to engage and retain customers.
  • Monitor and report on CRM metrics, including Churn, LTV, and win-back, along with daily metrics like open rates and conversion rates.
  • Stay up to date with the latest CRM and digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for higher engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the design team to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
  • Create engaging onboarding journeys for improved repeat purchase rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective messaging and campaign elements.
The ideal candidate:  
  • With over 3 years of CRM experience, this candidate has a proven track record with a strong focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Possess a well-rounded skill set including strong content and communication as well as technical proficiency.
  • Familiarity with essential tools like Email marketing and Google Analytics ensures they are well-equipped to excel in CRM management.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
