Senior Data Analyst

Forming part of an established and robust team, the Senior Data Analyst will produce analysis and insights in supporting all customer experience initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will be working on a variety of analytical challenges, leveraging data from internal and external sources to build and measure customer growth, acquisition and test and learn initiatives.
As a key member of the team, you will lead the development of data capabilities. Working closely with the CTO and wider eCommerce team and brands, you will be required to perform systemized maintenance of data sets and integrate complex data to ensure it is meaningful.
Day-to-day responsibilities will also include:
For your application to be successful, you will have experience with analytical tools (such as SPSS, SAS), BI and data visualisation tools (such as Tableau), Google Analytics and CRM systems (such as Salesforce) with a strong knowledge of database technologies (such as TM1) and SQL language for querying and manipulating datasets is also preferable. You must also be available at short notice, as this is initially a six-month contract role.

- Perform the analysis of data to prepare forecasts and modelling reports.
- Lead the development of customer-relevant data visuals: dashboards, reports, graphic, and similar.
- Identify and refine new sustainable, automatable data collection and analysis processes.
- Consult with stakeholders’ end-to-end data and information requirements, understanding and predicting future needs.
- Provide technical leadership in design, development and implementation of data-marts, BI applications, and services.
- Establish and maintain collaborative networks with business and other stakeholders.
