About the role
Working as a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the site, ensuring that the correct structures are in place and that policies and procedures are being adhered to. You will be responsible for managing and the relationship with the customer and helping to solve any issues they might have.
About you
We’re looking to speak with candidates who have ideally worked in either a 3PL, automotive or production environment. You will be an exceptional people manager and have a track record of demonstrating resilience and acting as an engaging leader, with the ability to get the most out of your team. You will also have a continuous experience mindset and look for efficiencies to improve the performance of the branch.
