My client is a leading agriculture business committed to innovation, sustainability, and excellence in the agricultural industry. With a strong focus on leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and productivity, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Administration Lead to join their growing team.

Your Position:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing various projects within my client's organisation, ensuring smooth operations and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate project activities from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize project management tools, with a preference for experience with Monday.com or a similar system.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the project team.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Prepare and present project reports to management.

Your Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience using project management tools, preferably Monday.com or a similar system.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of the agriculture industry is a plus.
