We have partnered with an Australian founded skincare business who sell innovative and sustainable products through ecommerce and retail channels. They have gained success and increased their customer base through strong social media channels and viral content, and have been endorsed by influencers, beauty editors and dermatologists. They have expanded into over 20 markets globally through a strong DTC channel and they will continue to grow their presence in retail and pharmacy channels.
About the role
The Marketing and Brand Manager will support the continued growth of the organisation by creating and executing a strong Brand Strategy and Marketing plan. Reporting into the CEO, this person will support them to achieve the company vision, as well as collaborate with the Social Media and Ecommerce Specialists to grow brand awareness and audience engagement. A key part of this role will be to create and manage a strong promotional calendar and manage campaigns and communication across key platforms. You will own the content plans and copywriting function across all channels and support the graphic designer with creation of marketing materials.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role is a mid-level Marketing or Brand Manager with experience in Consumer goods or Personal Care in a direct to consumer capacity. You will have held a broad, hands-on marketing role with exposure to brand, communications, product development and strategy. You must be a creative thinker and be able to demonstrate your experience influencing decisions and bringing ideas to life. You must be agile and able to work on a developing brand with an entrepreneurial mindset, seeking out opportunities to collaborate and boost brand awareness. To be successful you must have experience working with agency partners and have strong stakeholder management skills to manage up, down and sideways.
