Position Overview:
As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our warehouse processes to ensure the timely and accurate distribution of the products. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating activities within our warehouse facilities, including overseeing the performance of the Third-Party Logistics providers.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager in the FMCG sector.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, GMP, and warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems.

Position Overview:
As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our warehouse processes to ensure the timely and accurate distribution of the products. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating activities within our warehouse facilities, including overseeing the performance of the Third-Party Logistics providers.
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse personnel to ensure efficient operations.
- Play an integral role in business continuity procedures, ensuring preparedness and adherence to protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the Quality team, addressing GMP training and all Quality-related matters.
- Conduct thorough investigations, reporting, and resolution of non-conforming products from both internal and external suppliers.
- Facilitate the non-conformance process, overseeing the quarantine of non-conforming raw materials, in-process products, finished goods, and packaging.
- Supervise the handling of incoming and outgoing goods and materials by the warehouse team.
- Maintain and ensure the upkeep of the forklift fleet, overseeing necessary checks and logbooks.
- Actively participate in R&D and Technical meetings, attending toolbox meetings to address Quality and safety concerns.
- Manage inventory and maintain relationships with third-party warehouses, serving as a key escalation point for issue resolution.
