About the opportunity 
This is a great opportunity to join a large and successful Australian-based retail chain. Our client is known for their extensive product range, various categories, and emphasis on exceptional customer service. Our client has a strong in-store and online presence this dual presence positions the organisation in a versatile and accessible retailer that caters to a diverse range of customers. The objective is to create and implement a roadmap for digital customer experiences, bringing the business's purpose and strategy to life. This involves executing a strategy that closely aligns with both in-store and online customer experiences. The primary goal of this role is to drive enhancements in the overall customer experience, aiming to improve engagement and conversion rates. 

High level remit  
  • Create visually appealing and functional designs for online platforms and omni-channel experiences.  
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for various projects, ensuring a consistent brand image. 
  • Liaise with marketing, IT, and retail teams to align designs with company objectives. Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating valuable feedback into final designs.  
  • Foster effective communication with team members and other departments to ensure the success of each project. 
  • Research and implement the latest design trends to enhance user experience.  
  • Analyse customer feedback and usage data, refining and optimizing designs for a seamless online and omni-channel customer journey. 
  • Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.  
  • Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.  
About you 
  • Experience using Figma, Miro or similar tools 
  • Understanding of design principles and user experience trends 
  • Excellent communication and a strong team player
