This organisation is a leading Australian health and nutraceuticals business with a strong domestic presence in grovery and pharmacy, specializing in nutrition-focused products that cater to various categories. They have a strong export presence in SE Asia supported by an innovative distribution partner with strong connections in the CBEC market. They are well funded and focussed on growth.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead the organization with a vision for rapid growth, innovation, and excellence.
  • Drive and execute M&A strategies to strengthen our market position and expand our product portfolio.
  • Develop and implement strategies for increasing exports and penetrating the China SE/Asia CBEC market.
  • Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Build and nurture a high-performance team, fostering a culture of creativity, agility, and sales-driven focus.
  • Provide strong leadership to ensure the organization's continued success and market leadership.
Experience required:
 
  • Proven track record as a CEO, ideally in the FMCG industry, with a deep understanding of the sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in M&A, fast growth business, and a passion for innovation.
  • Knowledge of the private equity marketplace and the ability to drive high returns for investors.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics.
  • Strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve ambitious targets.
