The Role
We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a strong background in company and personal tax. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a significant impact on their personal and professional well-being. The position is part-time, initially set for 3 days a week, with the possibility of stretching these hours over 5 days to accommodate the ideal candidate’s schedule. This flexibility allows you to have a true work life balance with the opportunity to work 3-5 days per week or even school hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage clients personal and company tax return preparation and lodgement.
- Preparation of annual financial statements.
- Tax compliance.
- Bookkeeping.
- Annual GST return.
- Communicate with clients regularly.
- Proven experience in company and personal tax accounting.
- Experience using Xero, QuickBooks or similar.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- CA or CPA (or equivalent) qualified.
- Detail-orientated with a high degree of accuracy.
