The Role
- Manage the range review process with new and existing retail accounts end to end.
- Plan, prepare, and present range reviews aligned with the category development schedule of our retail and wholesale partners.
- Develop best-in-class promotional plans based on insights from scan and sales data, ensuring continuous optimisation.
- Maintain pricing and product specification data, completing customer pricing sheets, new line forms, and effectively managing retailer content platforms.
- Build presentations that tell a cohesive brand story tailored to the individual strategies of retailer partners.
- Seek opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the internal team to forecast stock requirements for upcoming category promotions or events.
- Identify new business opportunities in various markets, proactively pitching to new customers/markets.
- Maintain and optimize the ongoing performance of existing ranges and reconcile customer coop claim commitments.
- Foster positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with the leadership team on new product innovation, planning, and development of profitable business growth.

- Ability to travel regularly interstate or overseas on rare occasions
- 5+ years of experience with a growing portfolio of FMCG brands.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
