About the Position

As the Chief Customer Officer and reporting directly to the CEO the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering value through our clients 2-sided marketplace to their customers. You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing a customer-first approach by driving customer led insights to shape product & operational initiatives and innovation to build a class leading customer experience.

This role will be focused on delivering continued business growth by building a long term go to market strategy working with their team to deliver against set targets.

About You

The successful candidate will display an enthusiastic, motivated and hard working spirit and demonstrate a proven track record leading high performing sales teams, ideally with strong exposure to property technology. You will also be:

• Strong people leader that enjoys building high performing sales teams with a data driven and CX approach
• Strong experience across the property technology space leading large high performing teams
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
• Passionate about driving profitable growth and achieving business objectives.
• Commercially oriented with a strategic mindset.
