Six Degrees Executive have been retained to work with a long standing and admired Australian business. This organisation are relatively unique in the B2C channel as they offer a fully integrated service from product design through to delivery to your door. With their head office in Sydney they leverage an international multi-site  manufacturing platform strategically located to maximise productivity and supply chain efficiency. 

To help them achieve their strategic goals they are looking for a head of manufacturing that can add significant value in key areas of the organisation including:
  • Best Practice Production across all manufacturing sites.
  • Demonstrated success in professional development of staff.
  • Driver of Quality and quality systems across the organisation.
  • Strategic overview and recommendations on current manufacturing capability.
  • Lead the development of a stage gate process for all-new designs/concepts.

This is an exciting role for the right person. Ideally you will bring an entrepreneurial approach to the role through:
  • A flexible approach and the ability to pivot quickly
  • Bring positive energy to every day
  • A high level of communication and stakeholder management
  • The ability to deal with ambiguity.
