About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Course Consultant to join our clients dynamic team in the health and fitness industry. As a sales and membership professional, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals through passionate phone consults and engaging post consult nurturing. You will take pride in building relationships with future course students and showcasing the benefits of training with our clients’ methods and delivery model. In addition to phone consults, you will also support across social media management, live chat, and email enquiries to further nurture prospective students in their health and wellness career goals.
Skills and Expertise
We’re in search of an individual with at least 3 years of experience in a dedicated sales role with demonstratable achievements. The perfect fit is someone who epitomises exceptional time management, is goal focussed and results driven, has ability to build strong and trusted relationships and is well inept at working both autonomously and in a team environment. If you possess a keen passion for Pilates, wellness, people, and problem solving, this opportunity might be your calling! Your ability to deliver results, meet targets and deliver retention strategies will no doubt make you a standout candidate. You should also be proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suites.
