Head of Field Team - Healthcare Nutrition
Our Client
Our client’s mission is to bring health through food to as many people as possible. They offer nutritional solutions that positively impact the health from early life and onwards into old age. They are looking for people with the passion and dedication to help more people discover the potential of life-transforming nutrition at key moments throughout life.
The role’s purpose is to:
· Accelerate the Health Care Business nationally through high performing HCP Field Force teams.
· Build a credible company image by developing HCP Field Force organisation and plans that drive growth and operates in an effective and compliant way.
· Cocreate annual plans & National channel strategy with internal stakeholders
· To coach-the-coach and develop the Regional Managers in their 1st line management role. And define a retention and succession plan strategy to retain key talent by having effective TDPs and learning plans. Drive to enhance motivation and performance on all levels.
· Own and orchestrate the Healthcare Engagement Model and work with the HCN Leads to ensure effective deployment of tools to define our priorities of where & how to play, how to win and sustain.
· Identify and analyse the biggest opportunities, issues and strategies at national level that can be supported by HCN through understanding National and state funding models including PBS, NDIS and state health budgets through tenders and contracts
Who are we looking for?
· Are you purpose driven?
· Minimum 10 years sales experience in healthcare sales (nutrition preferred) with experience leading large teams and managing managers.
· Have Commercial Acumen demonstrated through numeracy and data analysis
· Have a Range of channel and customer experiences, ability to manage complex situations and wide range of stakeholders
