As a Manufacturing Manager, you will hold a key position in the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the efficient production of a diverse array of chemical products, including thermal management solutions, industrial solutions, car care products, and household solutions. Your role will prioritize safety and quality, overseeing processes to meet production goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise manufacturing operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to establish and maintain streamlined workflows.
- Monitor and analyze production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to guarantee equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Manage and develop production schedules, meeting customer demand while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain and quality control, ensuring seamless operations.
Skills & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field would be ideal.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing management role within a hazardous environment, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes and safety regulations would be regarded
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
