The Quality Manager will be responsible for the day to day quality management program with a mandate around quality excellence in line with a range of external standards and the internal QMS. Supported by a team of 3, core aspects of this role will include:

About the role
The Quality Manager will be responsible for the day to day quality management program with a mandate around quality excellence in line with a range of external standards and the internal QMS. Supported by a team of 3, core aspects of this role will include:
- The delivery and execution of quality initiatives and activities in line with wider business objectives
- Delivery of the internal and external auditing program
- Development of the wider QA and technical team to ensure ongoing opportunities and increased technical capability
About you
This role would suit either a current supervisory level candidate looking to take their next professional step or an established QM who is looking to join a more agile business operations. Critical to this role is adaptability, where changing customer/client priorities will need to be managed in line with existing quality operations. For consideration, you should bring:
- Circa 3 years in a leadership capacity within the FMCG space
- Strong understanding of retailer food programs and expectations i.e. Coles/Woolworths/ALDI
- Demonstrable people development skills, having worked in an environment where you have built the capability and careers of more junior peers/colleagues
- Excellent cross-functional skills
