About the role
BFT are looking to hire a GM- Franchise Performance reporting into the APAC CEO. This role is responsible for helping support and grow their franchisees throughout their entire BFT journey, from site selection to presales and opening, and ongoing performance. This role is responsible for leading a growing global team of twelve Regional Performance Managers (RFMs) who support the day to day running of the 350+ strong franchise network in APAC, UK and EU. The GM - Franchise Performance will be a key player on the Senior Leadership Team and help shape the strategic direction and growth of the business that is built around their 3 pillars: Members, Franchisees & the Franchisor.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team of RFMs to deliver support to all franchisees across all areas of their business
  • Assist RFMs to support franchisees with new site selection 
  • Lead and drive presales results for all new franchisees 
  • Assist RFMs to help drive studio performance
  • As part of the senior leadership team help shape the business strategy and implement new processes and systems in this fast growing business
 
About the candidate
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and energised individual who thrives on seeing franchisees succeed and knows how to improve their business performance. They will need to have strong business acumen and confidence in teaching others these skills. They will be a strong leader of high performing teams who also enjoys working directly with franchisees, whilst also possessing exceptional problem solving and analytical skills. 
 
Experience:
  • 5+ years within franchising industry desirable
  • Higher education in Business, Leadership and/or Operations
  • Leading a large team of remote direct reports
  • Working with a business that has transitioned from start up, to scale up
  • Exceptional operations knwoledge and experience
