About the opportunity

The Production Supervisor will be a core member of the site team, reporting into the Site Operations Manager. Working with a team of circa 20 across the production and packing operations, you will inherit a diverse, capable team ready to take the next step. Core areas of focus for the role will include:
  • Day to day oversight of the production process
  • Ensuring a safe working environment within their building materials manufacturing and manual handling setting
  • Driving CI initiatives to refine manufacturing process
  • Supporting the growth and development of the on-site workforce

What we are looking for
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within a manufacturing setting, circa 3 years at the supervisory level
  • Industry exposure will be considered across operational environments including industrial manufacturing, building materials and FMCG
  • Capability to build strong working relationships with peers, driving the growth of production staff 
  • Strong eye for good OH&S practice
