About the Role:
As a Senior Account Manager, reporting directly to the founder, with a dual focus on PR and communications, you will oversee a portfolio of clients within hospitality, lifestyle, property, and design. You'll be part of a team of elite industry professionals dedicated to achieving outstanding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects and manage clients across lifestyle, hospitality, property, and design portfolios, championing integrated communications through national brand launches and premium events.
- Act as a consistent point of contact for clients, cultivating long-term relationships through strategic counsel, problem-solving, and infusing creative ideas into campaigns.
- Drive media relations efforts and manage a dedicated team, providing insightful perspectives on media trends.
- Demonstrate original thinking for media angles, events, and activation ideas.
- Utilize solid organizational and administration skills to ensure seamless project execution.
- Leverage established media relationships across food, lifestyle, property, news, design, and other relevant pillars.
- Participate in new business development by identifying new markets and prospects.
Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of public relations experience with a proven track record of delivering campaigns with outstanding results
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Exception writing skills and highly articulate
- Ambitious and proactive mindset.
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Tech-savvy with meticulous administrative skills
- Collaborative team player
- Interest in lifestyle and media trends
- Adaptability to changing demands
