About the role

The Production Supervisor role supports the company's day shift in a 24/5 setting, reporting into an Operations Manager. Core areas of focus for this role will include:
  • Day to day management of the operations team allocated to your business area, headcount circa 20-25
  • Driving strong behavioural safety practices within the production function
  • Supporting ongoing CI initiatives within the business in tandem with operations and CI leadership
  • Liaison with similar peer level stakeholders across associated functions such as Quality, R&D and maintenance/reliability


What we are looking for

  • Demonstrated experience at Supervisory level within a manufacturing setting, industries best aligned include Food, FMCG and industrial manufacturing
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • A strong understanding of complex CI/Lean/TMP settings, appropriate to support the business on its lean journey
  • Flexible situational leadership skills, stylistically adaptable
