Role Overview:
Responsible for order processing, communication with customers and internal teams, and coordinating logistics, you'll leverage your SAP skills to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
 
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Order processing (through SAP) and collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Handling customer order issues and logistics/transport.
  • Managing inbox's and order inquiries.
  • Communication with customers and internal logistics department.
 
 
Skills and attributes:
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • SAP exposure required (or similar ERP).
  • FMCG industry experience required. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
