Our client provides leading practice management software across the healthcare sector globally shaping the future of healthcare system with technology. They aim to solve tough, real-world problems by continuously innovating in the product space. A global organisation with a great story and journey we are now looking for a high performing sales leader to drive further growth across the APAC region.
About the Position
The APAC Sales Manager will join our clients growing team, and take responsibility for planning, implementing and managing the new site sales activities of the APAC team to achieve sales revenue, lead generation and KPI objectives. In this role you will lead a team across Australia to deliver on sales objectives in a fast-paced enviornment
About You
The successful candidate will display an enthusiastic, motivated and hard working spirit and demonstrate a proven track record of overachieving their sales quota as well as the following attributes:
• Proven experience leading a high performing sales team across Australia
• Experienced people leader, able to direct, coach and develop team members by modelling positive behaviours, maturity, collaboration, consultation, and critical thinking.
• Proven experience working in close collaboration with a range of stakeholders to establish a culture that values agility, transparency, experimentation, and growth.
• Has worked in a cloud based technology selling into SMB space ideally across healthcare (doctors, dentists, physios) or a similar environment
• A strong lateral, conceptual and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
• A strategic sales leader that understands the levers and deliverables to achieve /over-achieve sales budgets
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics.
• Ability to consult with and interpret market needs and expectations.
