About the role:
This role, is with one of our client's in the inner city of Melbourne known for their award winning company culture and above-industry company performance. This role, Technology Manager, will report to their company CFO and be responsible for maintaining and identifying continuous improvement efforts across the organisations systems. You will be the main point of contract for our MSP to ensure underlying systems and network infrastructure and its associated technology operate efficiently, perform within agreed targets, and deliver safe and secure platforms. You will be required to utilise your technical skills and experience to document and optimise the existing IT infrastructure, networks, cloud, cyber security, and end-user computing.
We are looking for:
You are ideally a tech lover at heart with your roots as a technical System Administrator, also possessing strong project management skills with a strong understanding of organisational change management principles. Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, automation tools and /or MS Office 365 suite is desirable along with a problem solving and analytical mindset. Past leadership experience is also needed, as this role has 1 direct report (Business Analyst) who will continue to lead the execution of the team's continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
