Christy joined the Six Degrees team in 2018 with 14 years’ experience in both major multi-national and local boutique agency environments. As a member of our Executive Leadership Team, she currently leads our strategic focus on customers and community. Our customer focus ensures we unlock greater value for our clients through mutually beneficial partnerships focused on exceptional communication, service, value-add and results. Our community focus ensures we uphold our value “Do What’s Right” in our commitment to diversity, inclusion and belonging, CSR, environment, sustainability, and ethical sourcing.
Viewed as a talent expert, Christy has extensive experience in team development and management, specialist recruitment, executive search, project and program management and the creation of bespoke recruitment solutions. With formal qualifications in Diversity & Inclusion Management, she is also well versed in D&I strategies and initiatives as well as creating passion and enthusiasm for CSR and community opportunities.
