About the Role
The Head of Marketing has responsibility for the management of the brand to deliver strategic and operational objectives. You will lead a small marketing team to develop, manage and execute the marketing plan across various channels and touchpoints; with a strong focus on client engagement.  You will lead cross-functional thinking to ensure successful growth outcomes by focusing on brand, content, CX, digital and social campaigns to deliver effective marketing strategies across both core and growth industry segments.
 
 
About You
As the most senior marketing leader within the business, you will be at ease blending strategic thinking, creative flair and analytical acumen to strengthen the firm’s marketing and brand positioning.  The role is pivotal in driving growth, brand recognition and market share. trong digital marketing experience is cruicial for this role - with a major focus being on building a data-led strategy to drive an improved personalised client / customer engagement program across all key touchpoints. In addition to this, this 360 degree role will also own the brand, content, events and digital marketing activities nationally.  With the ability to see the bigger picture, then build out a robust strategy to deliver on innovation and growth, this role would suit those who are just as effective on the tools as much as developing the long-term vision and strategy.  You are a confident marketer yet humble, holding your own when engaging with senior stakeholders.  You are an excellent and compelling communicator who can support the business through this growth period and comfortably educate internal leaders.
 
Competencies:
  • Minimum 7 years in strategic planning and execution, with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to distil information into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms, e.g. Hubspot, for managing client data and interactions.
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing and data analytics tools and platforms for tracking and analysing marketing performance, data analysis and reporting.
  • High level experience in stakeholder management in a matrix structure, including team and individual development.
