Role Overview:
The sales executive/BDM role will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth for the business, targeting new clientele and building on existing relationships. With a commission-driven approach, you will leverage your expertise to identify and pursue business opportunities, engaging with key clients to optimize their operations and transform their business models.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities within industry, leveraging both traditional advisor methods and innovative approaches.
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective client management and continuous improvement of sales strategies, meeting and exceeding key performance indicators and sales targets.
 
 
Skills and Attributes:
  • Proven experience in business development/account management. advantageous within the aged care or related industry (not a requirement)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
