About the client
Our client is a rapidly growing, ASX listed player within the better for you space, with brands across a number of categories. Focused on consumer centric innovation, they strive to develop products that meet their consumer needs. Due to continued growth, there is an opportunity to join their team in a Brand Manager role, taking on ownership of a well established brand in the health and wellness space sold through grocery and independent retailers.

About the role

In this 360 Brand Manager role, you will take on an existing $9M brand within the better for you space, with your opportunity to put your stamp on the brand as you drive a brand repositioning and expansion, which will see you redefine the brand essence and portfolio, setting up for future growth to meet ever changing consumer needs, targeting new audiences and expanding the brand reach.
This will see you focus on primarily digital and below the line activation, working alongside agency partners to develop content and assets, as well as alongside the NPD Manager to expand the portfolio with key projects including rethinking the brand’s digital strategy and supporting channel expansion.

About you

  • Prior experience at an ABM / Brand Manager level, ideally within the food space
  • Prior experience within an SME/start up style business is ideal, alternatively a desire to move away from large corporates and into a role with more ownership
  • Strong digital and campaign management experience
  • NPD experience is ideal, but not essential
  • Passion for the better for you / health and wellness space, with an ear to the ground of consumer trends and up and coming ingredients!
