About this Role

As the General Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the strategic vision of the business, focusing on driving growth, managing sales through third-party distributors, and fostering relationships with health practitioners. You will oversee product development, ensure operational efficiency, manage financial performance, and lead a high-performing team. Your role involves developing and executing business strategies, expanding the network of therapeutic partners, optimising supply chain processes, and maintaining comprehensive management of intellectual property and contracts. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the natural healthcare industry. Other key elements to the role involve a deep dive analysis to drive process improvements and change.

Your Background

  • General Management experience managing multiple functions including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance with proven experience in a leadership role within the natural healthcare, therapeutic goods, and/or related industries.
  • Tertiary qualified
  • Strong understanding of nutrition, naturopathy, and bioregulatory therapies and experience of the TGA approval process.
  • Ideally exposure to the pharmacy channel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Leadership across key business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of successful strategic planning and execution.
  • Experience working with consultants and legal advisors.
