About The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building long-term pipelines and strategies to expand an already impressive list of customers, focusing on Collision Repairs, Independent, Multi-Site Operators, Commercial Transport, and Industrial/Manufacturing segments. This role involves building a solid network within these markets, establishing an agreed pipeline of targets, and prospecting and winning new business both in the short and long term. Proven capability in building and growing lasting strategic customer relationships is essential.
 
Skills & Experience
This role is suited to someone who:
  • Embodies a ‘hunter’ attitude - 70% BDM, 30% growth within existing portfolio.
  • Has a structured sales approach with industry experience across broad Industrial B2B markets.
  • Is tenacious, adaptable, and confident in talking to a variety of customers.
  • Can work autonomously.
  • Has excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Presents with enthusiasm and a desire to lead change.
  • Possesses great negotiation skills.
  • Is a team player.
