About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales-driven Course Consultant to join our client's high-performing team. As the first point of contact for prospective Pilates students, you will showcase the benefits of training with our client's delivery model. You will nurture leads through phone consultations, social media engagement, live chat support, and email inquiries, ensuring personalised and timely follow-ups.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the sales budget and meet conversion targets
  • Deliver compelling and informative consults
  • Record lead communications and create nurture workflows
  • Generate leads and increase brand awareness through community outreach
  • Engage with alumni to ensure retention
  • Support the Owner, General Manager, and broader team as required
 
Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years in a sales role with proven achievements
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent time and diary management skills
  • Outgoing, friendly nature with a passion for problem-solving
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • Goal-oriented and driven to succeed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Zoom, and Google Drive
