ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Global Social Media Manager, you will play an integral role in driving Ultra Violette's global growth through social media and influencer marketing. You will be responsible for building out and driving this newly created internal function to deliver on targets as the business continues to grow and expand. 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and execute Ultra Violette’s global social media strategy across all platforms
  • Create and implement the community strategy
  • Develop and maintain the social media calendar in collaboration with agency partners
  • Drive engagement and conversion through strategic use of TikTok and Instagram
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on launch plans, promotions and digital assets optimisation for mobile-first e-commerce and social channels
  • Define and understand customer audience segments on all social platforms
  • Analyse social data to identify growth opportunities and optimise contents
  • Manage the global social media content strategy to align with overarching campaigns
  • Establish and maintain global visual and tone of voice standards for social media
  • Collaborate with influencers and external creative talent on content production and post approvals
  • Ensure brand consistency and cohesion across all channels, considering global and local market needs
  • Develop and drive the global influencer and community strategy across all channels
  • Execute the paid and earned influencer strategy on a global scale
  • Manage day-to-day influencer relations
  • Oversee local and regional agency partners
  • Oversee social media customer care
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5+ years in social media and influencer management, preferably within beauty and lifestyle brands
  • Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies
  • Experience working as part of a global team, working closely alongside other regions
  • Demonstrated ability to drive brand growth, traffic, and conversions through social media initiatives (Tik Tok and Instagram)
  • Experience managing social media agency partners
  • A deep understanding and enthusiasm for social media trends, emerging talent, and viral content.
  • Experience in influencer marketing with established connections in the lifestyle and beauty sector
  • Some content creation and production skills ideally
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills to drive performance and growth
