There is now an opportunity to step into a role which will see you transform a heritage brand in the Australian food landscape.

About the role
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, as the Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of a heritage $50M brand, stepping into the driver’s seat to develop a strategy to reenergise the brand both internally and externally, to set it up for future growth and success through innovation, consumer promotions pricing strategy or advertising.

The sky is the limit for you in this role to identify opportunities to drive growth - new flavours, formats and potential moves into new adjacent categories to target new consumers and occasions, either through existing capability, or through proposing CAPEX investment.

Additional key projects will include leading a major, game changing launch for the brand, exploring brand partnerships to drive awareness, innovation pipeline development, developing a strong shopper marketing strategy and leading price pack architecture projects across the range.

About you
  • Prior brand management experience within FMCG with strong innovation experience within FMCG space
  • A change agent - disruptive and curious nature who wants to challenge the status quo and leave their mark through doing something that hasn’t been done before
  • Commercially and strategically minded and a creative problem solver
  • Comfortable stepping into a lean environment, being both strategic and hands on
  • Established project manager the ability to effectively collaborate, influence and build strong relationships
