About the role 

 
As Procurement Specialist you will report into the Head of Procurement, focusing on the direct materials portfolio. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the best value for raw materials critical to our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End to end sourcing of direct categories including packaging, raw materials and working with contract manufacturers
  • Provide analysis for category management activities and plans
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure the delivery of quality products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and identify potential risks and opportunities within the supply chain.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support new product development, production, and operational efficiency.
 
We invite candidates with the following experience to apply:
  • Experience gained within FMCG
  • Experience with direct commodities including packaging, raw materials or contract manufacturing
  • Ideally experience gained from working in global, matrixed organisations
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytics skills
  • Ideally Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
