About the Company 

We have partnered with a large-scale Not-for-profit on a newly created Senior Brand Manager role to play an integral part in a first of its kind project to revolutionise the delivery of cancer information and support to Australians, wherever they are in their Cancer journey.

About the Role

The Senior Brand Manager will work on the newly created Service, which will connect cancer patients to a range of support services depending on their needs. The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for creating and implementing a brand identity for this service, starting with in depth rounds of research to inform brand development, and the best way to approach a range of demographics and minority groups. You will create a complex, omnichannel brand strategy to bring together a wide range of services and influence target audiences to utilise the service and understand its offering.

About You
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate your experience building a Brand identity accounting for a broad range of demographics and minority groups. You will ideally have exposure to Public Health or Not-for-Profit sectors, otherwise you must be able to demonstrate your experience developing strong brands from inception through a complex project. You must have experience utilising and leading research, as the project will be entirely evidence led to create a brand that is fit for purpose, delivers on its goals and is supported by internal and external stakeholders. You must be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and be able to effectively manage conflicting viewpoints and influence decision making.
