About the Role
The Go to Market Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the organisation’s brand and services. You will be responsible for all go-to-market activity and reporting, competitor intelligence, execution of brand strategy, planning and coordination across the business; discounting and price-based promotions; oversight of digital, ATL and local area campaigns; collateral development and marketing project management.

About the Role
The Go to Market Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the organisation’s brand and services. You will be responsible for all go-to-market activity and reporting, competitor intelligence, execution of brand strategy, planning and coordination across the business; discounting and price-based promotions; oversight of digital, ATL and local area campaigns; collateral development and marketing project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-market-planning & campaigns: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and operations teams to develop and execute a calendar of marketing campaigns focussed on driving growth and provide post-campaign reporting and analysis
- Competitor analysis: working closely with sites to build and maintain a comprehensive record of competitive insights to inform campaign development, support pricing or discount recommendations and product recommendations
- Collateral development: lead across the business the development of all customer-facing (B2C and B2B) material and the inputs to this collateral
- Discounting and special offers: aligned with go-to-market planning, take ownership of the executional governance, and forward-looking calendar of special offers and discount campaigns and provide post-campaign reporting on their effectiveness
- Reporting: provide ad hoc and regular BAU reporting as required on campaign performance, conversion and demand generation and ensure that all reporting meets the businesses needs and communicates a clear message
- Cross-business collaboration: support the Head of Marketing & Growth to ensure the organisation is well represented in enterprise-wide forums to leverage all opportunities that arise for collaboration
- Brand: ensure and champion consistency in brand messaging and presentation across all touch-points including those not owned by marketing
- Budget management: manage the marketing budget and provide monthly reporting to ensure the budget is invested in alignment with agreed strategy and governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 6-12 years of experience in marketing communications, with a strong focus on local area marketing and community engagement.
- Experience in the aged care, healthcare, or related sectors is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing communications strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting clear and compelling messages.
- Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, SEO, print, and event marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to analyse market data and campaign performance metrics to inform decision-making.
