About The Role
 
Our client is seeking the best talent to deliver their growth aspirations. They are seeking an ambitious National Account Manager to work across Independent Retail customers.
 
You will be an integral member of the Independents sales team working across a range of channels and customers in the channel.
 
Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead Joint Business Plan (JBP) category initiatives and implement with respective customer Category Managers
  • Consistently review the in-year plan and financial metrics, and prioritise the requirements based on risks and opportunities in order to meet calendar year financial budget
  • Align cross functionally with Category/Commercial to deliver optimum strategy for the customer
  • Leverage Shopper insights to lead Category thinking with the customer
  • Work cross functionally with Marketing and Category to develop and drive NPD to market.
  • Create and execute customer seasonal sales drivers to deliver incremental gross profit and Volume
About You
 
  • 2 years Key Account Manager/ National Account Manager position in major retailer (or similar)
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills (ability to develop strong relationships internally & externally)
  • Excellent communication skills
