About the Role
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of non-standard services offered alongside their core offering. This role involves setting the strategy, overseeing the product lifecycle, and leading project management efforts. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure these services meet the needs of customers and align with the organization's strategic goals; and will manage three direct reports. NB: This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for additional services, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Identify market opportunities and emerging trends to guide the development of innovative offerings.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for additional services, from ideation and market research to development, launch, and ongoing management.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for new service initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Service Design Specialist to design and refine service offerings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the creation of service specifications, pricing models, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Pilot new services and collect feedback to make data-driven decisions for improvement and scaling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on service development and management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing products or services from concept to launch.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Ability to design and implement customer-centric services that enhance the customer experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using product management tools and software, such as project management platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
