About the role
 
As a Key Account Manager at Noshu, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s next phase of growth across major retail, discount, and eCommerce channels. You will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, identifying and unlocking new business opportunities, and consistently delivering outstanding commercial outcomes. Your focus will be achieving sales targets, expanding distribution, and optimising promotional initiatives.
Partnering closely with the National Business Manager and the broader Commercial Team, you will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, backed by a strong understanding of category, shopper, and channel dynamics. Success in this role demands cross-functional collaboration, a proactive problem-solving approach, speed and accountability in execution, and a deep passion for representing the Noshu brand with agility and integrity.
 
 
About You
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an account management or account executive/analyst role within the FMCG sector, or experience within a major Australian FMCG retailer.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, lean, and agile business environment.
  • Analytical with proficiency in interpreting and reporting on sales data; familiarity with Quantium and IRI platforms preferred.
  • Experience working with major retailers including Woolworths, Coles, Independent grocery, or P&C channels.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
