They are seen in market as captains in the retail channel and as a result of growth, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Category Manager to join the team.
 
About the role

Reporting to the Head of Category, you will lead the strategic development and execution for 3 core categories across key retail channels. You will analyse market trends, shopper insights, and competitive landscapes to uncover opportunities and inform strategic decisions. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, you will optimise product placement, pricing, and promotional strategies, accompanied with the development and delivery of compelling category & range presentations to influence both internal stakeholders and retail customers. This role has an emphasis on driving NPD products so would suit someone with a creative flair.
 
Skills & experience

Success in this role will come from demonstrated experienced as a Category Manager from within the FMCG industry. You will possess strong analytical skills with excellent presentation & relationship building abilities, accompanied with a collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead projects and influence decision-making. A commercial background in sales having worked with key grocery partners would also be advantageous
