Currently undergoing a significant supply chain transformation, including logistics consolidation and the implementation of advanced ERP systems, an exciting opportunity presents to lead the planning function through a key period of change.

About the role
The Sales & Operations Planning Manager will embed a recently introduced, revitalised S&OP framework, and establish a stable and efficient planning cycle across multiple divisions, partnering with key stakeholders on this key change agenda.  

Key responsibilities include:
• Coach, develop and bring on the transformation journey a group of direct and indirect reports across the region
• Embed consistent best practice planning processes and foster effective collaboration across a broad commercial stakeholder group
• Deploy and maintain new supply strategies which leverages the efficiency of an optimised network and delivers improvement in both service and inventory levels
• Prepare both the team and the function for an expanded regional remit and establish practices that best align to an upcoming SAP upgrade project 

Skills & Experience
The role demands strong leadership, collaborative interpersonal skills, and a track record in navigating change management effiectively within a large scale complex operation. Applicants should have expertise across supply planning, demand planning, network optimisation and capacity planning. The role best suits a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, who is capable of analysing data to provide insights that will support business decisions.
