As Sales Manager – Distribution Channel, you will:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the highly engaged distribution footprint across the region
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key distribution partners, wholesalers, and independent trade outlets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market share growth within the distribution segment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, promotions, and supply chain optimisation.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
About You:
  • Proven experience in sales management, ideally within building products, industrial supplies, or trade hardware distribution channels.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and growing distribution channels
  • You will be highly regarded if you have technical expertise across the fixings & fasteners or industrial supplies products market.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
  • Results-driven, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to travel with the role as and when required.
